Several months ago I hired Gregory Lawary, and his company Definitive Entertainment to set up and install my new entertainment system.

It made sense to me to only consider the best after a considerable investment in a large flat screen TV and surround sound system.

I called Gregory who was highly recommended by the retailer who sold the equipment. Gregory came quickly and arranged and installed my system quickly and professionally. Everything worked perfectly.

Some weeks later, I had a problem that was created by the cable installer. I contacted Gregory who was walking out the door for his vacation to the mid-west. Not being an audiophile or anything even close, I was in a real dilemma when I wanted to hook up by new HDTV and sound system. Licensed, bonded, insured, and registered with the BBB, along with high professional standards and a history of completing jobs for restaurants and large venues - check.

Extremely fair value for install of three mounted speakers, two rear speakers that needed cut-outs, and mounting of a 75" tv and 55" tv - check.

Completion time under 4 hours in lieu of having to troubleshoot multiple quirks within our house - check.

Not charging me for a long HDMI cable and screen cleaner - check.

Arriving at exactly the time promised for the free consultation and install - check.

Definitive Entertainment is the real deal. The end result is nothing like I've seen before when comparing two previous home theater install companies in the past (with the same speakers and essentially mounts). How they ran the cable, measured the distances between the speakers, and cut/dressed the holes - completely different league. These guys are professional and absolutely know what they are doing.

I worked with Gregory who installed a home theatre for me a few months ago. He was always on time and reachable. He also brought in folks to take care of electrical and drywall components of the job. Gregory and James hooked up 2 TV's to antenna and made sure everything worked with remote. They were earlier than expected, (after calling) efficient and charged a reasonable rate. They did a neat job and tucked all cable. Very professional. Would absolutely recommend.

We have tried to find an AV company since moving up to the Phoenix area. We found DE on Home Advisors and could not be happier. He is very professional and knowledgeable and fixed our problem. We would not hesitate to call again if we have an AV need.
